  obviously it was not necessary for us as we were not spanish, no olives, nothing. that was very, very obvious, otherwise I would not state this. all of the employees were rude and did not care if we were there or not.

  food: we ordered portions of different seafood (pulpo and gambas, raciones) and that took some time: I was served before my girlfriend and really had to start as it got cold. still she didn't get her shrimps and we explicitly had to ask several times for her food to be served. what is so hard to serve both at the same time? it is not acceptable to wait more than 25 minutes while one already got his food!

  we are a couple in our mid 30's from vienna, surely not uncultivated and were well dressed for dinner. also, we always try to be nice and friendly as we both know the restaurant business and that customers can be very rude and demanding. apparently at this place you need to be rude in order to be served well (which we still weren't).

  Menú compuesto de 3 primeros,3 segundos y postre, 10€, pan no incluído. No hay menú infantil, ni ofrecen soluciones. Un huevo frito con patatas fritas crudas, 7€. La guarnición de todos los platos son patatas fritas.

  also these where quite small portions for that price, too: the gambas of my girlfriend came in a pan and were good, as was my dish, still it was little and there was no supplement served with it, nothing but the typical packaged spanish white bread and these crackers that are usual. for more than 10€, in that down-to-earth-place, this is, again, unacceptable.

  service: we waited more than 15 min. before even being recognized. when I glazed into the place from the terrace, one of the girls was taking her time rolling the cutlery with a very slow pace, having a chat with one of the colleagues, not even caring what was going on outside which seemed to be her station. to do such things in advance is called “mise-en-place” and I would fire everyone not getting that concept. eventually a guy came and we explicitly had to ask for the menu, while he took his time to bring 2 small beers. all of the tables that came after us were served olives and bread, treated nicely and also served even before we could order.
